Back in March I participated in two charm swaps. For the swaps I purchased a specific color of fabric, cut it into 5" squares and sent my squares to the swap coordinator. I then received two large stacks of a rainbow of charm squares in return. I have been contemplating what to do with my stack of squares, and last week decided that I would make a quilt using Elizabeth Hatman's tutorial for her Stamp Collection block.
I had to create a temporary space for pressing the fabric since my ironing board is not large enough to accommodate these blocks.
I know this is a blurry picture, but here are the piles of fabric that I have been working with. I have added some fabrics from my scraps and stash to add more variety to the blocks.
Love how bright and summer feeling the quilt is!!
