Muffin Tin Monday

During her visit to Maryland, Elaine ate lunches and dinners with me in the fraternity house. She absolutely loved lunch when she had the ability to order whatever she wanted, but the set lunches were not as appealing to her. Elaine did not want to leave the house for dinner, in fear that she may miss something fun happening without her. I decided to make muffin tin dinners for her. She loved them!!

For this dinner Elaine had cocoa puffs, cheese, corn bread, pepperoni, pineapple, animal crackers, carrots, cadbury eggs, cucumber, turkey, goldfish, and grapes. Some of the foods she chose not to eat, but most of them she gobbled up! She had a lot of fun with all the attention she received from the boys when they saw her "special dinner."

I will be linking this post to Muffin Tin Monday at Muffin Tin Mom's blog. :)

  5. This is great! Where were my muffin tins when my kids were young? (filled with muffins?) My kids (Anna is one of them) loved anything with dippies, so this would be perfect for that, too! Can't wait to have grandkids so I can use this idea. :)
