As usual, I finished by monthly project just in time to have it count! On Friday I finished up these pillows for my bed. I absolutely love the way the bright colors of the pillows and wall art look with my Shade of Grey quilt!! I purchased some sale fabric to make pillowcases - the fabric should arrive sometime this week.
On Saturday I decided to make the Divided Basket (pattern by noodlehead). I have been enjoyed watching these baskets pop up on Instagram. Last week I did a shop hop with my friend Lexi (more details to come) and I purchased the fabric to mak my own basket. The pattern was really easy to follow and I was able to finish my basket in one morning! I plan to use this basket to store my sewing patterns and marking pens/pencils.
This morning I added the drawstrings to these bags that have been waiting to be finished for months!! This project is a part of my Finish Along Q1 goals. So glad I got these done in time to count!
