January Quilt - Check In

I have made some progress on my January quilt!! I finished sewing the top and backing for the quilt and have it basted and ready for the actual quilting and binding. I really think this one will be done by the end of the month. The only reason I haven't started quilting this is because I don't know how I want to quilt it. Any suggestions?

I had some great matching scraps that I purchased from the remnants section of The Fabric Shack while I was in Ohio over break. I pieced them together, and then cut them up to create this awesome quilt back. I almost like the back as much as I like the front!

I am so happy I have had so much time to quilt the past few weeks, because sorority recruitment is fast-approaching and soon I will have no tie to myself to sew. In case you don't know much bout Panhellenic recruitment, just know that it takes up a great deal of time and energy!

  2. Way cute, Love this pattern. I saw Camille (ThimbleBlossoms) did wavy lines across the top - looked way cute. I copied that when I made mine and loved it!
